At GRAZE + friends, our mission is simple: bring people together around thoughtfully selected artisanal cheeses and charcuteries. Our goal: Make entertaining effortless for you.
The finest trend to hit the food world, a cheese and charcuterie grazing display should be at the heart of every event! From our hand-delivered takeaway boxes and wood boards to our rustic grazing displays, your next event is sure to amaze! Have a special someone in your life or a client you want to impress, a custom flame branded logo on our impression crate, is sure to make an impact!
Your Graze may include some Prosciutto, Jamon Serrano, Bresaola, Saucisson Sec, Finocchiona, Soppresata, Nostrano Coppa, Toscano, Spicy Spanish Chorizo, Soppresata, Rillettes, Finocchiona, and more. On the cheese side there’s an array of favorites including, but not limited to Mimolette, Manchego, Comte Fort St. Antoine, Stilton, Smoked Gouda, Manchego, Gorgonzola Dolce, Honey Rosemary Albala Tierno, Parmigiano Reggiono, Sofia Goat, Miticana di Cabra, Alp Blossom, Blu 61, Little Hosimer, Pipers Pyramid, Smoked Pepper Jelly Goat, Mt Tam, Moroccan Spiced Cheddar. Your Graze will also be loaded with all the charcuterie must-haves: artisanal crackers, gourmet spreads, nuts, olives, pickles, dried and fresh seasonal fruits and veggies. And if you’re lucky, maybe even some fresh French bread!
Above all, we believe in our community! We happily rely on the expertise of local cheesemongers, charcutiers, farmers and small shops to bring the freshest ingredients to your table. All of our packaging and products come from responsible green sources or are recycled or reusable. Shop local and eat clean- our community will thank us later!

Hi! I’m Tessa. I am the owner of GRAZE + friends, a place where cheese and charcuterie have meaning. I grew up in France (home to charcuterie) where great food, art and wine come together. I studied creative design in Richmond at VCU, operated a French travel agency in Los Angeles, and finally found my way to
New Orleans, a cultural melting pot of some of the world’s finest cuisine, cocktails, music and history- forging together unique families, friendships, and business relationships. After six years of producing events and curating hundreds of grazing tables while working at a local catering company, I am over the moon excited to open and share GRAZE + friends with everyone!
