Of course! If you would like to pick up at a specific time, please write it in the message box during check out and we will try our best to accommodate! 

Our standard delivery and pickup hours are from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Saturday and 10:00AM to 12:00PM Sundays. A $25 fee will be added to deliveries and pickups that do not fall within these standard delivery hours.

We recommend consuming our products within 2 hours of receiving without refrigeration and within 2 days if refrigerated. Products inside the Impression Crates should be refrigerated upon receipt. Quality is very important to us so enjoy your board on the same day it’s delivered for ultimate freshness!

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please write a note on the checkout page. Graze + friends products include a combination of cheese, meats, nuts, fruits, vegetables, etc. Although we are able to accommodate some dietary restrictions and allergies prior to your board being prepared, there may be a risk of cross contamination as our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a serious food allergy should refrain from consuming our products. Thank you!

We typically require 1-3 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the size and requirements of your grazing table. Our team will coordinate a same night or next morning pickup, depending on what was arranged at time of booking.
We do not hold dates without a deposit as we work on a first come, first served basis. To secure your order, we require full payment for Takeaway boxes, Signature wood boards, Impression Crates and E-Gift Cards. For your Custom Impression Crate, Tailored Graze, Farm Table or Table Top Graze, we require a 50% deposit with full payment due 72 hours before delivery or setup.

Please email us if you’d like to cancel your order. For Takeaway boxes, Signature Wood Boards, Modern Boards and Impression crates, we will provide a full refund if cancelled 3+ days in advance of the delivery or pickup date. For your Custom Impression Crate, Tailored Graze, or Farm Table, we do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified at least 2 weeks prior to your event day and time. The deposit may also be applied to future events if scheduled within one calendar year from the original contract date. Postpone, don’t cancel! Surcharges may apply on public holidays and outside business hours.
